Ornos Beach Gelos House 
Ornos is a populair tourist village in the south west of Mykonos, with regulair bus connections, only two kilometers away from Mykonos Chora. It's the closest good beach on walking distance from the town. It goes all the way from one side of the island (in Ornos, out of the wind) to the windy bay and beach at Korfos at the other side. It's a typical tourist place, but it does have at least one wonderful beach front restaurant, where they serve the best salads of the island.

There are enough places to have a really good coffee or a drink, some supermarkets and a couple of tourist shops. Ornos is a bit up market and with some style. The beach of Ornos is good, and it comes with umbrella's and sunbeds. It can get crowded in the weekends, just like on most beaches in Mykonos on a saterday and sunday
